L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel du Québec (Montréal), numéro 500-10-004501-092, 2012 QCCA 13, en date du 10 janvier 2012, entendu le 20 mars 2013, est rejeté avec dépens. Les juges LeBel et Fish sont dissidents en partie. La juge Abella est dissidente.
The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Montréal), Number 500-10-004501-092, 2012 QCCA 13, dated January 10, 2012, heard on March 20, 2013, is dismissed with costs. LeBel and Fish JJ. are dissenting in part. Abella J. is dissenting.
