The appeal from the judgments of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Numbers CA037382, 2010 BCCA 239 and CA039064, 2012 BCCA 329, dated May 14, 2010 and August 7, 2012, heard on December 12, 2013, is allowed with costs throughout. The arbitrator’s award is reinstated.
L’appel interjeté contre les arrêts de la Cour d’appel de la Colombie-Britannique (Vancouver), numéros CA037382, 2010 BCCA 239 et CA039064, 2012 BCCA 329, en date du 14 mai 2010 et du 7 août 2012, entendu le 12 décembre 2013, est accueilli avec dépens devant toutes les cours. La sentence arbitrale est rétablie.
