                   Criminal law ‑‑ Trial ‑‑ Charge to jury ‑‑ Accused convicted of second degree murder ‑‑ No error in charge to jury ‑‑ Conviction upheld.

 

                   APPEAL from a judgment of the New Brunswick Court of Appeal (1995), 159 N.B.R. (2d) 183, 409 A.P.R. 183, dismissing the accused's appeal from his conviction of second degree murder.  Appeal dismissed.
