Suzanne Marcoux-Paquette, for the respondents.

PIGEON J.—It will not be necessary to hear you Mrs. Suzanne Marcoux-Paquette.

We are all of the opinion that the Federal Court of Appeal properly dismissed the appelants’ application for review. It was not shown that the Special Inquiry Officer had reason to believe, from information obtained at the inquiry or otherwise, that the appelants might have a right of appeal to the Immigration Appeal Board.

The appeal is dismissed.

Appeal dismissed.
