                   Criminal law ‑‑ Corroboration ‑‑ Evidence ‑‑ Sexual assault causing bodily harm ‑‑ Complainant a minor ‑‑ Note written by complainant 45 minutes after incident not part of res gestae and therefore inadmissible ‑‑ Other evidence of sufficient confirmatory weight, including emotional state following assault ‑‑ Conviction affirmed.

 

                   APPEAL from a judgment of the British Columbia Court of Appeal (1989), 7 W.C.B. (2d) 427, dismissing an appeal from conviction by Campbell Co. Ct. J.  Appeal dismissed.
