                   Criminal law ‑‑ Charge to jury ‑‑ First degree murder ‑‑ Premeditation ‑‑ Whether trial judge misdirected jury.

 

                   APPEAL from a judgment of the Quebec Court of Appeal, [1987] R.J.Q. 2389, dismissing the accused's appeal from his conviction on a charge of first degree murder[1].  Appeal dismissed.
