JUDGMENT

The motions for leave to intervene of the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses and SEIU-West are dismissed without prejudice to their respective right to apply for leave to intervene in the appeal. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, Number CACV2242, 2013 SKCA 43, dated April 26, 2013, is granted with costs in the cause.

JUGEMENT

Les requêtes pour permission d’intervenir  de la Saskatchewan Union of Nurses et de la SEIU-West sont rejetées sous réserve de leur droit respectif de demander l’autorisation d’intervenir dans l’appel.
