The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Number A-7-12, 2013 FCA 186, dated July 24, 2013, is granted with costs in the cause.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel fédérale, numéro A-7-12,  2013 CAF 186, daté du 24 juillet 2013, est accueillie avec dépens selon l’issue de la cause.
