The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the reply is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Edmonton), Number 1203-0239-AC, 2013 ABCA 287, dated August 22, 2013, is dismissed with costs.
