The applicant’s motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The respondent’s motion for an extension of time to serve and file the response is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C52019, 2013 ONCA 650, dated October 29, 2013, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête du demandeur en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie.  La requête de l’intimée en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la réponse est accueillie.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C52019, 2013 ONCA 650, daté du 29 octobre 2013, est rejetée sans dépens.
