The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Number CA038128, 2014 BCCA 30, dated January 28, 2014, is dismissed with costs to the Attorney General of Canada.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel  est accueillie.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de la Colombie-Britannique (Vancouver), numéro CA038128, 2014 BCCA 30, daté du 28 janvier 2014, est rejetée avec dépens en faveur du Procureur général du Canada.
