La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la réponse de l’intimé Moïse Latortue est accueillie.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel du Québec (Montréal), numéros 500-10-004715-106 et 500-10-004718-100, 2014 QCCA 198, daté du 31 janvier 2014, est rejetée sans dépens.

 

JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the response of the respondent Moïse Latortue is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Montréal), Numbers 500-10-004715-106 and 500-10-004718-100, 2014 QCCA 198, dated January 31, 2014, is dismissed without costs.
