The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Calgary), Number 1001-0254-A, 2013 ABCA 130, dated April 18, 2013 is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT
