JUDGMENT

 

The motion to appoint counsel and the motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Calgary), Number 1201-0071A, dated April 25, 2013, are dismissed. In any event, had such motions been granted, the application for leave to appeal would have been dismissed.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en nomination d’un procureur et la requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d'appel de l’Alberta (Calgary), numéro 1201-0071A, daté du 25 avril 2013, sont rejetées.  Quoi qu’il en soit, même si les requêtes avaient été accueillies, la demande d’autorisation d’appel aurait été rejetée.
