The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the respondent’s response is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Calgary), Number 1401-0029-AC, 2014 ABCA 299, dated September 11, 2014, is dismissed with costs.

 

JUGEMENT
