The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted. The motion to appoint counsel is dismissed. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, Number CACV2527, 2014 SKCA 139, dated December 31, 2014, is dismissed.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie. La requête en nomination d’un procureur est rejetée. La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de la Saskatchewan, numéro  CACV2527, 2014 SKCA 139, daté du 31 décembre 2014, est rejetée.
