JUDGMENT

 

The motion to expedite the application for leave to appeal is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick, Number 2-16-CA, 2016 NBCA 15, dated April 4, 2016, is granted. The Registrar is directed to set the appeal for hearing as early as possible in the Fall session.
