JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Number A-486-15, dated February 12, 2016, is dismissed. In any event, had such motion been granted, the application for leave to appeal and the motion for a sealing order would have been dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel fédérale, numéro A-486-15, daté du 12 février 2016, est rejetée. Quoi qu’il en soit, même si la requête avait été accueillie, la demande d’autorisation d’appel et la requête visant à obtenir une ordonnance de mise sous scellés auraient été rejetées sans dépens.
