                         JUDGMENT

The applicant’s motion for an extension of time and application for an order to file a supplementary notice of application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Numbers C41853 and C42701, dated March 1, 2006, are granted.  The respondent’s motion for an extension of time is also granted.  Supplementary submissions from the applicant are to be filed within three weeks from the date of this order.  The respondent is given two weeks to respond and the applicant one week to reply.

                          JUGEMENT

La requête du demandeur en prorogation de délai et en vue de déposer un avis de demande d’autorisation d’appel supplémentaire pour contester l’arrêt rendu par la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéros C41853 et C42701, en date du 1 mars 2006, est accueillie.  La requête en prorogation de délai présentée par l’intimé est aussi accueillie.  Le demandeur déposera ses arguments supplémentaires dans les trois semaines suivant la date de la présente ordonnance.  L’intimé aura deux semaines pour y répondre et le demandeur une semaine pour déposer sa réplique.
