SUPREME COURT OF CANADA

PRESS RELEASE

OTTAWA, February 5, 2003 – The Supreme Court of Canada announced today that appeal hearings will commence at 9:30 a.m. effective February 10th, 2003.  Exceptionally, some appeal hearings may be scheduled to begin at an earlier time.

COMMUNIQUÉ DE PRESSE

OTTAWA, le 5 février 2003 – La Cour suprême du Canada a annoncé aujourd’hui que les audiences débuteront normalement à 9h30 le matin, à compter du 10 février 2003.  Par exception, l’audience dans certains appels pourrait commencer plus tôt.
