The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C39928, dated October 28, 2003, heard on January 14, 2005 is allowed, Fish J. dissenting. The amount of support to be paid by the respondent to the appellant is set at $500 per month. Both parties will bear their own costs throughout.
L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C39928, en date du 28 octobre 2003, entendu le 14 janvier 2005 est accueilli. Le juge Fish est dissident. Le montant de la pension alimentaire que l’intimé doit verser à l’appelante est fixé à 500 $ par mois. Les deux parties doivent payer leurs propres dépens dans toutes les cours.
