The appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Number A-416-07, 2009 FCA 163, dated May 21, 2009, heard on January 21, 2011, is dismissed with costs. The findings of the Tax Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal are affirmed.
L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel fédérale, numéro A-416-07, 2009 CAF 163, en date du 21 mai 2009, entendu le 21 janvier 2011, est rejeté avec dépens. Les conclusions de la Cour canadienne de l’impôt et de la Cour d’appel fédérale sont confirmées.
