The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Number CA039196, 2012 BCCA 282, dated June 27, 2012, heard on April 15, 2013, is dismissed with costs throughout to the appellants. LeBel, Abella and Karakatsanis JJ. are dissenting.
