The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Number CA040993, 2014 BCCA 241, dated June 20, 2014, heard on October 7, 2015, is allowed. Mr. Jordan’s convictions are set aside and a stay of proceedings is entered.
L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de la Colombie-Britannique (Vancouver), numéro CA040993, 2014 BCCA 241, daté du 20 juin 2014, entendu le 7 octobre 2015, est accueilli. Les déclarations de culpabilité de M. Jordan sont annulées et l’arrêt des procédures est ordonné.
