The motion to unseal the order granting an extension of time dated September 4, 2018, is granted. The applications for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Number 17-13302, 2019 ONSC 84, dated January 4, 2019, and the order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice dated March 22, 2018, are dismissed without costs.
Abella J. took no part in the judgment.
La requête sollicitant le descellement de l’ordonnance accordant une prorogation de délai datée du 4 septembre 2018 est accueillie. Les demandes d’autorisation d’appel du jugement de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, numéro 17-13302, 2019 ONSC 84, daté du 4 janvier 2019, et de l’ordonnance de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario datée du 22 mars 2018 sont rejetées sans dépens.
La juge Abella n’a pas participé au jugement.
