L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de la Colombie-Britannique (Vancouver), numéro CA44025, 2017 BCCA 401, daté du 21 novembre 2017, entendu le 23 janvier 2019, est rejeté avec dépens. Les juges Brown et Rowe sont dissidents en partie et les juges Moldaver et Côté sont dissidents.
