The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Number CA45055, 2019 BCCA 151, dated May 2, 2019, heard on October 8, 2020, is dismissed. The constitutional question is answered in the affirmative. Moldaver and Côté JJ. dissent.

 

L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de la Colombie-Britannique (Vancouver), numéro CA45055, 2019 BCCA 151, daté du 2 mai 2019, entendu le 8 octobre 2020, est rejeté. La question constitutionnelle reçoit une réponse affirmative. Les juges Moldaver et Côté sont dissidents.
