The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Edmonton), Number 0703‑0126‑A, 2009 ABCA 45, dated February 10, 2009, heard on December 11, 2009, is allowed, the conviction for manslaughter is set aside and a conviction for first degree murder is entered.
L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Alberta (Edmonton), numéro 0703‑0126‑A, 2009 ABCA 45, en date du 10 février 2009, entendu le 11 décembre 2009, est accueilli, la déclaration de culpabilité pour homicide involontaire coupable est annulée et une déclaration de culpabilité pour meurtre au premier degré est prononcée.
