The appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Number A-31-10, 2011 FCA 103, dated March 17, 2011, heard on October 18, 2012, is dismissed and the Minister’s decision is allowed to stand. There is no order as to costs.
L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel fédérale, numéro A-31-10, 2011 CAF 103, en date du 17 mars 2011, entendu le 18 octobre 2012, est rejeté et la décision du ministre est confirmée. Il n’y a aucune ordonnance concernant les dépens.
