The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C60175, 2016 ONCA 542, dated July 8, 2016, heard on March 23, 2017, is allowed. The convictions are set aside and acquittals are entered on all charges. Moldaver and Côté JJ. dissent.
L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C60175, 2016 ONCA 542, daté du 8 juillet 2016, entendu le 23 mars 2017, est accueilli. Les déclarations de culpabilité sont annulées et l’acquittement est prononcé à l’égard de tous les chefs d’accusation. Les juges Moldaver et Côté sont dissidents.

L’appel interjeté contre l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C60011, 2016 ONCA 543, daté du 8 juillet 2016, entendu le 23 mars 2017, est rejeté et la validité de l’ordonnance de communication est confirmée. La juge Abella est dissidente.
