                   Criminal law ‑‑ Evidence ‑‑ Hearsay ‑‑ Exclusionary rules ‑‑ Conspiracy ‑‑ Evidence of statements forming the agreement of conspiracy admissible.

 

                   APPEAL from a judgment of the Ontario Court of Appeal (1984), 39 C.R. (3d) 300, allowing an appeal by the Crown from the accused's acquittal on a charge of conspiracy to commit robbery. Appeal dismissed.
