                   APPEAL from a judgment of the Quebec Court of Appeal, J.E. 94‑857, R.J.P.Q. 94‑148, 23 W.C.B. (2d) 505, affirming a judgment of the Superior Court dismissing the appellant's motion for a writ of habeas corpus with certiorari in aid.  Appeal dismissed.
