                   Criminal law ‑‑ Trial -- Evidence -- Accused convicted of sexual assault at trial but acquitted on appeal ‑‑ Error by Court of Appeal ‑‑ Conviction restored.

 

                   APPEAL from a judgment of the Quebec Court of Appeal (1994), 65 Q.A.C. 161, allowing the accused's appeal from his conviction of sexual assault.  Appeal allowed.
