                   Criminal law -- Second degree murder -- Court of Appeal quashing conviction and ordering new trial -- Court of Appeal's judgment affirmed.

 

                   APPEAL from a judgment of the Quebec Court of Appeal, [1994] Q.J. No. 1011 (Q.L.), allowing the accused's appeal from a conviction of second degree murder and ordering a new trial.  Appeal dismissed.
