                   Criminal law ‑‑ Trial ‑‑ Conspiracy to traffic in narcotics ‑‑ Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms  ‑‑ Trial judge not erring in refusing to allow accused to bring Charter  application ‑‑ Accused not denied right to make full answer and defence.

 

                   APPEAL from a judgment of the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal (1995), 146 N.S.R. (2d) 1, 422 A.P.R. 1, 103 C.C.C. (3d) 302, dismissing the accused’s appeal from his conviction  of conspiracy to traffic in narcotics.  Appeal dismissed.
