APPEAL from a judgment of the Alberta Court of Appeal (2003), 12 Alta. L.R. (4th) 211, 320 A.R. 172, 288 W.A.C. 172, 172 C.C.C. (3d) 285, 9 C.R. (6th) 57, [2003] 5 W.W.R. 623, [2003] A.J. No. 14 (QL), 2003 ABCA 4, dismissing the accused’s appeal from his convictions for attempted murder and weapons offences.  Appeal dismissed.
