1. The Chief Justice‑‑This is an appeal as of right pursuant to s. 618(2)(a) of the Criminal Code. We find no reversible error in the majority judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta and that Court in our view had jurisdiction to entertain the Crown's appeal.
