                   APPEAL from a judgment of the Alberta Court of Appeal allowing an appeal from the appellant's acquittal on a charge of robbery. Appeal dismissed.

                   The judgment of the Court was delivered orally by

 

1.                The Chief Justice‑‑This is an appeal as of right pursuant to s. 618(2)(a) of the Criminal Code . We find no reversible error in the majority judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta and that Court in our view had jurisdiction to entertain the Crown's appeal.

 

2.                The appeal is dismissed.
