                   APPEAL from a judgment of the Manitoba Court of Appeal (1986), 43 Man. R. (2d) 101, 30 C.C.C. (3d) 183, allowing the Crown's appeal from an order of Martin Prov. Ct. J. quashing a charge of theft. Appeal dismissed.

1.                McIntyre J.‑‑This is an appeal as of right. We all agree with the majority of the Court of Appeal that the information meets the requirements of s. 510(3)  of the Criminal Code . The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
