                   Criminal law ‑‑ Appeal as of right ‑‑ Dissent in the Court of Appeal not on a question of law.

 

                   APPEAL from a judgment of the Manitoba Court of Appeal rendered April 19, 1985, dismissing an appeal from the accused's conviction on a charge of attempting to set fire to a dwelling‑house. Appeal dismissed.
