APPEAL from a judgment of the Manitoba Court of Appeal (1985), 31 Man. R. (2d) 268, 19 C.C.C. (3d) 43, dismissing the accused's appeal from her conviction by Lockwood Co. Ct. J. (1983), 22 Man. R. (2d) 166, for criminal negligence causing death. Appeal dismissed.

This is not a case of "no evidence" in support of the trial judge's findings of fact and the appeal is essentially an invitation to this Court to review the sufficiency of the evidence. This we may not do and therefore the appeal must be dismissed.
