APPEAL from a judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal (1981), 129 D.L.R. (3d) 461, 39 N.R. 541, dismissing appellant’s appeal from a judgment of Cattanach J., [1980] 1 F.C. 212. Appeal dismissed.
