APPEAL from a judgment of the Ontario Court of Appeal (1992), 8 O.R. (3d) 443, 55 O.A.C. 368, 72 C.C.C. (3d) 184, 16 W.C.B. (2d) 57, allowing an appeal from acquittal by Tobias Dist. Ct. J. (sitting with jury) and ordering a new trial. Appeal dismissed.
