                         JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The motion to adduce fresh evidence is dismissed.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Number CA035776, 2009 BCCA 447, dated October 20, 2009, is dismissed with costs to the respondents University of British Columbia, Lorraine Weir, Judy Segal, Susanna Egan and Anne Scott.

 

 

                          JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande dautorisation dappel est accordée.  La requête en vue de produire de nouveaux éléments de preuve est rejetée.  La demande dautorisation dappel de larrêt de la Cour dappel de la Colombie‑Britannique (Vancouver), numéro CA035776, 2009 BCCA 447, daté du 20 octobre 2009, est rejetée avec dépens en faveur des intimées University of British Columbia, Lorraine Weir, Judy Segal, Susanna Egan et Anne Scott.
