The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted. The motion to file a joint application for leave to appeal from the Court of Appeal file numbers C60067 and C60484, is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Numbers C60067 and C60484, 2017 ONCA 23, dated January 17, 2017, is dismissed.
