The motion to strike is dismissed.  The motion for leave to intervene by the Rocky Mountain Civil Liberties Association is dismissed, without costs.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Calgary), Number 1701-0008-A, 2017 ABCA 93, dated March 20, 2017, is dismissed.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en radiation est rejetée.  La requête pour permission d’intervenir du Rocky Mountain Civil Liberties Association est rejetée sans dépens.
