The applications for leave to appeal from the judgments of the Prince Edward Island Court of Appeal, Number S1-CA-1327, 2017 PECA 3, dated March 23, 2017, and Number S1-CA-1327, 2017 PECA 9, dated May 15, 2017, are dismissed with costs.
