The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Superior Court of Quebec, Number 550-01-039484-086, 2017 QCCS 3279, dated July 17, 2017, is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
