JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted. The motion to adduce new evidence is dismissed. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Calgary), Number 1601-0139-AC, 2017 ABCA 346, dated October 24, 2017, is dismissed with costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie. La requête sollicitant l’autorisation de présenter une nouvelle preuve est rejetée.
