| JUDGMENT The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is dismissed with costs. The motion for a stay of execution of the orders for costs made by the lower courts is dismissed. In any event, had the motion for an extension of time been granted, the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C64220, 2018 ONCA 258, dated March 12, 2018, would have been dismissed. |
