The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C65260, 2019 ONCA 128, dated February 20, 2019, is dismissed with costs on a solicitor-client basis.
